NEVADA GRAND ASSEMBLY June 14 18 Reno, NV Trip will include transportation to Reno, four nights lodging, registration, mystery trip, air and ground transportation. Deposit due September 15. Some details are in planning stages. Estimated cost $650.
OREGON GRAND ASSEMBLY June 19-21, 2008 - (Pendleton) Approximate cost $200. Contact tour directors if interested.
SUPREME ASSEMBLY July 23-31, 2008 Chicago, IL (Trip will include air and ground transportation, registration, mystery trips, seven nights lodging, mystery trips, and possible extras depending on final budget. Estimated cost will be $1,100 four to a room. Trip is in planning stage but you can make payments.)
2008 IDAHO TRIP September 19-21 Boise, Idaho Trip will include transportation to Boise, two nights lodging, National Womens Walk, and activities with Idaho Girls. Come meet your Idaho sisters. (Approximate cost $225) (Start saving for 2008!) (Registration deadline August 1)
CALIFORNIA GRAND ASSEMBLY April 3-11, 2009 (Roundtrip to Fresno $900 four to a room) includes seven nights housing, registration, mystery trips, air and ground transportation, side trip to Disney. Deposit due August 15. Some details are in planning stages. If you do not want to attend Disney portion of trip please contact tour directors for Grand Assembly costs only. Rainbow Girls must travel with the delegation if a GROUP trip is planned. Individual last minute travel arrangements will not be allowed, unless there is a cancellation with NO REFUNDS! RESERVATIONS for AIR and/or GROUND transportation, mystery trips, registration, and special meals must be PAID IN FULL at least sixty days in advance of all trips. ALL CHECKS are DEPOSITED ON RECEIPT! There will be NO exceptions due to past experiences. You can set up a payment schedule. WE NEED AND WELCOME ADULTS on our out-of-state TRIPS! You will act as chaperones, drivers, mentors, and friends AND your trip may be taken as a TAX DEDUCTION. Please consider signing up for a trip this year. You will have a great time, have fun, make new friends, and experiences to last a lifetime, or at least until the next trip!
